I'm Head of Engineering at DIB, where I lead a team of nine engineers. Since October 2024 my work has mostly been AI and agentic systems for auditors and accountants. I own the architecture on the agentic side and I'm the technical lead for the product, which went from nothing to roughly 20,000 users.

Before that I spent several years consulting at Avanade and Bouvet, on frontend and fullstack work for clients in banking, media, pharmacy retail and the public sector. I joined DIB in 2019 as a frontend developer and became Head of Engineering in November 2023.

    • Work closely with the content and sales teams on what actually gets built.

    Senior Frontend Developer

    • One of four frontend developers, with broad ownership across the products.
    • Led major redesigns of dib.no and DFlow inside a large, established codebase.
    • Owned features end to end, from planning through launch and into production.
    • Reworked the frontend when the products moved to Azure and the backend API changed.

DIB — AI assistant for auditors and accountants

Oct 2024 – present · Architecture and technical ownership

An AI assistant that answers technical questions on auditing and accounting by retrieving from DIB's curated reference library, rather than trusting what the model already knows. It combines retrieval with agentic flows.

I own the architecture on the agentic side: orchestration, context assembly, tool design and model evaluation.

I've been the technical lead throughout, and the product now has roughly 20,000 users.

DIB — dib.no and DFlow

dib.no is DIB's main product: a reference tool and document generator for auditors and accountants. DFlow handles routing and signing for the documents it produces.

I led major redesigns inside a large, established codebase, and owned features end to end from planning through launch and into production.

Pharmacy chain — prescription handling system

Mar 2018 – Aug 2019 · Frontend Developer

A prescription and retail system built from scratch to replace an ageing one, integrating with the systems already in place.

I worked on the frontend in a team of six, and directly with the pharmacists on requirements and acceptance criteria.
