About

The CV, told as a story rather than a table.

This page is a placeholder skeleton. Replace the sections below with your own telling — the structure is here so you only have to write prose, not think about layout.

Now

I lead engineering at DIB, a Norwegian company building knowledge and decision-support tools for accountants and auditors. My job is roughly 60% technical direction and 40% people: architecture reviews, hiring, and making sure nine very capable engineers are pointed at the right problems.

How I got here

Write the throughline. What pulled you into software, which turns mattered, and what you learned at each stop. A paragraph per chapter is plenty.

What I care about in engineering

The opinions you've actually earned. Where you'll spend effort and where you won't.

Away from the keyboard

Cooking, family, whatever else. This is the part people remember.
